Yunancada “halk” anlamına gelen “demos”tan aldık adımızı.
demos, yayın çizgisini belirli bir kesim, belirli bir alan; belirli konu ya da konularla sınırlayan bir yayınevi değildir. Toplumu, halkı ilgilendiren; kültürümüzü sahiplenen, ilerleten; kültürel kaynaşmaya hizmet eden, insanlarımızda ufuk genişliği yaratacak yayımlar demos’la bulunsun istiyoruz.

Kitap, paylaşımdır, emektir, sevgidir.
Kitap, asalaklığa vurulan en büyük tokatlardan birisidir.

“demos publishing” has begun as an independent publishing company with publishing books in march 2006.
Our name is demos, which means the people in the Greece
demos is not a publishing company that will limit themselves with a certain subject, area or subject. We want publishings that are important to society, that will own our cultura, and make it go further, and that will make people think more clearly, to meet under our company, demos.
